Mr. Voskresenskiy oversees a multitude of activities to ensure performance of the Ministry's functions, including coordination and control of Departments for Investment Policy and Development of State/Private Partnership, Department for State Governance of Tariffs, Infrastructural Reforms and Efficient Energy Use.  

Vladislav Baumgertner has been Chief Executive Officer of the combined company since its creation in 2011. He graduated from the Urals Engineering University in 1994, majoring in Electric Power Station management. He earned an MBA degree from Kingston Business School in 2000, and obtained a University of London MSc degree in Financial Management in 2003.

Richard's on-going engagements include: Support Staff for the High Level Panel Independent Review on Fiduciary Controls and Oversight Mechanisms of the Geneva, Switzerland based Global Fund, for AIDS/TB/Malaria; the Special Assistant (Contractor position at TeAM Inc.) to the Director of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Military Health System (MHS) Cyberinfrastructure Services (MCiS) Organization.  He is one of a four-member "Red Team" in charge of a 62-person group that provides program-management support to DoD/MHS/MCiS, which manages the communications and computing infrastructure for the U.S. Military's Health Services (MHS); and finally he remains active as a Board member of various charitable organizations, including Youth Impact Program and Water for Children Africa.

John T. Connor, Jr. is the founder and portfolio manager of the Third Millennium Russia Fund (TMRFX), a U.S., S.E.C.-registered mutual fund focusing on the equities of public companies in Russiaand other CIS countries. In 2003 and 2006, he was ranked No.1 Portfolio Manager in the U.S.by the annual Barron's/Value Line survey. In 2004, the Wall Street Journal ranked him as the fifth best Overall Fund Manager in the U.S. He is the author of Out of the Red, Investment and Capitalism in Russia (John Wiley & Sons 2008). 

Mr. Cutler is responsible for the NYSE listing business globally.  He manages the Exchange's relationship with over 2100 companies listed at the NYSE in Canada, Latin America, United States and China. He is also responsible for the Exchange's relationship with the Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Legal Communities to attract new listings.  In addition, Mr. Cutler oversees  the Capital Markets business including, Initial Public Offerings for operating companies, Structured Products, Closed-End Funds, and REITs listing on the NYSE or NYSE Amex.   He also heads the Exchanges efforts in director education and corporate governance.

Mr. Dobkin is the cofounder, CEO and President of EPAM Systems. Under his direction EPAM has grown to become one of the world's leading software development outsourcing services companies.

Steve Filipov is President, Developing Markets and Strategic Accounts, reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO of Terex Corporation. Mr. Filipov has been with Terex for more than 16 years in management positions of increasing scope and responsibility, including sales, marketing, general management and production.    Mr. Filipov was named President, Developing Markets and Strategic Accounts, inJanuary 2008 to lead the company's global efforts to increase sales, distribution, and local manufacturing efforts in emerging nations. For most of his career with Terex, he has worked outside of theUnited States.

Steven Geiger is the COO of Skolkovo Foundation, the Russian government's strategic program for innovation and technology headed by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Skolkovo is actively creating a world-class environment to drive economic growth through technology entrepreneurism, R&D, and integration of Russian science and technology into international markets.  

Mr. Goldstein is based in London within the International Listings, at NYSE Euronext.  He is responsible for developing NYSE Euronext's business in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and CIS. The International Listings team helps potential listed companies and their advisers to make an informed decision on NYSE Euronext and makes introductions to the American and European based community of investors in order to facilitate an effective listing process.

Ross Goodhart is a Principal at Siguler Guff & Company, a global private equity firm which manages over $9.0 billion in assets on behalf of corporate and state pension plans, university endowments, sovereign wealth funds and other financial institutions. The firm's investment funds target several specialized areas, with a strong presence in the large emerging markets of the BRICs economies (Brazil, Russia, India and China).

Mark Gyetvay is the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of OAO NOVATEK.     Mr. Gyetvay serves on the Board of Director's Strategy and Investment Committee (Chairman.) Prior to joining NOVATEK in June 2003, Mr. Gyetvay was an audit partner in the Global Energy, Mining and Utilities practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers based in Moscow responsible for providing overall project management, financial and operational expertise, 

Vasily Ignatiev has been working at CJSC "R-Pharm" since 2008. He served as Director, Business Development and now as CEO. He spent five years at the Russian headquarters of the international pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca at the positions of Marketing Director, Sales and Marketing Director, National Sales Director. 

In December 2010 Peter Koob joined Basic Element Group as Vice-Chairman responsible for the machinery and construction sectors. From 2002 to 2010 he served as Executive Vice-President for Corporate Development in Magna International Inc., Canada.

Evgeny Kornilov has been RUSAL's CFO since October 2010. He is responsible for the financial planning, auditing and preparation of financial reports and the execution of the company's investment programs. Between 2007 and 2010, Evgeny Kornilov worked in X5 Retail Group N.V., where he started as Deputy CFO in 2007 and in 2008 took up the role of the company's Chief Financial Officer.

Joe Krider is Vice President, Developing Markets for Terex Corporation (NYSE:TEX), a manufacturer of capital equipment for the construction and infrastructure sectors. He leads the company's efforts driving greater penetration into developing markets, with a specific focus on Russia/CIS.  From 2006 - 2009 Joe served in Moscow as President, Russia & CIS for Terex. He was the company's executive officer leading Terex's $200mm business in the territory, having grown it from a base of $33mm in 2006. Among his responsibilities, Joe focused on pursuing partnerships that extend Terex's distribution and manufacturing capabilities in this key region, culminating in the May 2011 Joint Venture agreement with Russia's GAZ Group.

Joined Van Eck in January 2004 as fund administratorfor international portfolios.
Currently serves as investment analyst for Van Eck Emerging Markets Fund and Van Eck Worldwide Insurance Trust's Worldwide Emerging Markets Fund, where he specializes in Latin America and Emerging Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions.

 Stuart Lawson is currently Executive Director and Senior Adviser for Ernst & Young responsible for developing the firm's market and client presence and for coordinating with government initiatives. For the past two years he has been a visiting lecturer at the Skolkovo School of Management, Moscow where he wrote and then taught the risks module for the MBA program. 2008-2010, Mr Lawson was CEO HSBC Russia. He has been closely involved in the evolution of Russian banking,  

Oleg Lobanov was born on 10 October 1965 in Moscow. Graduated from Physics Department of the Moscow State University on 1989. He worked in banking business from 1995 to 1999 on various management positions in Inkombank, National Reserve Bank, Rosbank. Oleg worked in JSC "Vympelcom" from 1999 to 2002 being responsible for planning, budgeting and management reporting.

Pierre Louvrier is a Private Equity and M&A professional who has specialized in the mid market for 15 years. Aside from being a Board Member of Rusgrain Holding (Bloomberg Code: RUGR RU,Reuters Code: RUGRI.RTS), he is a Board Member for ASC Group, Russia's #5 Car Distributor and has stakes in 17 companies across Europe (including in CIS country) whose take-over he originated and structured. He also worked in an advisory capacity with Arthur D. Little, Accenture and, recently, as an Associate Director with KPMG Corporate Finance in Moscow. He studied Law and Economics at University of Louvain in Belgium, and has an FSSM from London Business School.

Graham Marshall has been involved in the Russian and CIS equity markets since their earliest days in a number of banking and broking roles. At The Bank of New York Mellon, Graham leads a team responsible for the development of the bank's depositary receipt business throughout Russia and the CIS, where the bank is fortunate to have built up a prestigious client base in recent years.

Alastair is a member of the Natural Resources Group and co-head Global Energy Investment Banking. He joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Alastair worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently head of the European energy investment banking business from 2008 to 2010. From 2001 to 2010, he was a managing director in the Energy Group in London.

Anthony Moro is Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets for BNY Mellon's Depositary Receipt Division.  Since joining the Company in 1996, Anthony has been based in New York and London and has held a number of leadership roles in marketing, business development and relationship management; focusing primarily on emerging markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. 

Vasily Mozgovoi is Aide to the General Director (CEO) of JSC Tatneft on Corporate Finance Issues. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of TANECO, a subsidiary of Tatneft responsible for the construction and operation of a new refinery in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan. Mr. Mozgovoi is responsible for corporate finance policy of Tatneft, including raising financing for the company's projects and coordination of investor relations activities. Prior to his current position Mr. Mozgovoi was Deputy General Counsel for International Issues of JSC Tatneft.

Dana Novakovic is the Managing Director of LB Capital, London, an M&A and advisory house focusing on Energy and Resources sectors. Having started M&A advisory career as an Associate M&A Energy with Lehman Brothers in New York, Dana moved with the Bank to London in 2001. In her M&A roles over the past 10 years, she has acted as advisor to British Petroleum on the sale of petrochemical assets in USA, UK and Germany, Project Director to Électricité de France on North Sea mandates, and similar.  On the following capital markets deals she has served on the advisory teams advising ROSNEFT on its $10.4 billion IPO in June 2006, advising Russian gas producer NOVATEK on its IPO in July 2005; and other IPOs. 

Michael O'Flynn is a Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development for UFG Asset Management, responsible for fundraising and partnerships across all asset classes (private equity, real estate, agriculture, and debt & equity marketable alternatives).  He is based in Boston and travels to Russia often.     He is an expert in Russian and Japanese financial markets.

Chris Osborne is CEO of Troika Dialog USA. With over 15 years of international experience in consulting, finance and government, Osborne has worked with corporate, asset management and government clients in a number of roles in New York, Moscow and Washington. During his six years in Moscow, Osborne held positions in the U.S. State Department and in investment banking with Troika Dialog, 
where he advised strategic investors on the acquisition of Russian companies. 

Crispin Osborne is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for the CEEMEA region (which includes Russia and CIS) at Barclays Capital, based in London. Mr. Osborne joined Barclays Capital in June 2010.  Prior to this he was CEO of Education Media and Publishing Group International (EMPGI) since 2008, a portfolio company jointly owned by the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Group and a Private Equity firm. 

Michael G. Palfreyman is a seasoned leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries with over 35 years experience. He has been an invited speaker and chairperson for a number of international and national conferences, is co-inventor on 35 issued US patents, 3 pending patents and co-author of over 150 scientific articles and book chapters. Dr. Palfreyman is currently Head, Translational R&D at ChemDiv, Inc. as well as Senior Scientific Advisor for Vitruvean, Inc.

Ellen Pinchuk is the Director of International Projects for Mikhailov and Partners, a leading strategic communications agency in Russia. She hails from Los Angeles, California, but has been based in Moscow since 1991.  For many years, she was a television reporter for Canadian Television (CTV) and then Bloomberg News.  She had the opportunity to cover a wide range of stories, from politics to business, from culture to science.  She twice interviewed Vladimir Putin, and sat down with other senior figures

Viatcheslav Pivovarov has 15 years of investment and financial experience with leading international institutions. During the global crisis Viatcheslav Pivovarov was the Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of Russia focusing on diversification and growth initiatives, including the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Mr Pivovarov moved to Russia from Citigroup in New York where he was Managing Director.

Dr. Valeria Povolotsky has more than 15 years experience in Drug Development and over 10 years in Global Business Development, involving Licensing operations, M&A, and Venture investments. Having academic education in Science, Master degree in Biological Chemistry and Ph.D in Clinical Pharmacology, Dr. Povolotsky was involved in the development of 14 drugs, which are currently on the markets in different countries; she served as an R&D Head of two biotech companies in Israel, Lean-Ex and Modus Biological Membranes, 

Mr. Rodzianko joined METROPOL IFC as CEO of Investment banking business in November 2010, he is also responsible for the company's operations in London, Tokyo and Cyprus as well as capital raising for its international projects. Previously he headed onshore private banking of Credit Suisse Group. During his work amount of actives in Credit Suisse has grown from zero to billion dollars and Mr. Rodzianko has entered into the five of the largest Russian players in private banking services.

Mikhail Seleznev has covered the Russian metals and mining sector since 1999. He has been focusing on a broad range of sub-industries, including steel, base and precious metals and fertilizers. Since joining Citi in 2005, Mikhail led Citi's research effort on a number of important IPOs including Severstal, TMK and Uralkali. This year, Mikhail participated in the IPO of Phosagro.

In November 2010,  Sergei joined Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange as VP Client Relations. Currently, and within a new integrated Exchange, he will covering Primary Markets and Foreign Investor Relationship.

Birger Steen is the CEO of Parallels, the world's leading enabler of cloud computing services. Birger started his professional career in 1992 as an oil trader at Norwegian Oil Trading, where he opened the company's first office in the former Soviet Union. He joined McKinsey & Company in Norway in 1993. In 1996, he left McKinsey in to join his favorite client Schibsted ASA, a European media group, as Vice President of Business Development.

Helen Teplitskaia has over twenty years of experience in large-scale foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, creation and management of joint ventures, government and public relations. In addition to serving as president of the First Iron Group Ltd and president of the the American-Russian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, she is a Board member of the Siberian Energy Group (SIBN: OTC BB), Imnex International, Inc. and Lecturer on international business and markets and MBA graduate from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Josh Tulgan is the Director, Investor Relations, Acting Director, Corporate Finance for OJSC 'Mobile TeleSystems' (MTS).  In this capacity, he serves as the Company's investor relations officer, managing all external relations with analysts and investors, while overseeing MTS' equity programs.  Josh joined MTS in June 2006, and under his leadership, MTS has been recognized by Thomson/Extel Survey as the Best Company in Russia for Investor Relations in Telecommunications in 2007 and 2008.

Bob Turner was born and raised in Queens, NY and despite opportunities to live elsewhere, has remained a lifelong resident of the 9^th district he now represents. NY-9^th district is very diverse and has a large population of Russian speaking citizens. He has been happily married to his wife Peggy for 46 years, has five children and 13 grandchildren.

Ed Verona was appointed President and CEO of the U.S.-Russia Business Council on June 1, 2008. Prior to that position, he was Vice President of ExxonMobil Russia, Inc., based in Moscow. Mr. Verona began his professional career in 1980 as a Special Representative for mining and petroleum equipment manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand, based in La Paz, Bolivia (1981-4), Quito, Ecuador (1984-5) and Miami, Florida (1985-6).

James D. Wolfensohn is Chairman of Wolfensohn & Company, LLC, a private investment firm and an advisor to corporations and governments.  Sir James became Chairman of Citi International Advisory Board on April 18, 2006.  He is also advisor to Citi's senior management on global strategy and on international matters. 

Diederik Zandstra is the Head of International Listings at NYSE Euronext and responsible for listings on NYSE Euronext markets for issuers from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Prior to joining NYSE Euronext in September 2009, he worked in investment banking for Renaissance Capital, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Diederik holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.
