Vasily Mozgovoi is Aide to the General Director (CEO) of JSC Tatneft on Corporate Finance Issues. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of TANECO, a subsidiary of Tatneft responsible for the construction and operation of a new refinery in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan. Mr. Mozgovoi is responsible for corporate finance policy of Tatneft, including raising financing for the company's projects and coordination of investor relations activities. Prior to his current position Mr. Mozgovoi was Deputy General Counsel for International Issues of JSC Tatneft.

Mr. Mozgovoi is a lawyer by education (Moscow State University; College of Law of England and Wales) and worked for major international law firms, Cleary Gottlien Steen & Hamilton and Linklaters, in Moscow and London before joining Tatneft.
